Jackie was the beloved son of Raymond (Inez) McGee and Dorothy Yocum. His professional career included working at Vanadium Tool in Athens, where he made lasting contributions until his retirement. Jackie had a passion for hunting in his younger years and treasured attending family reunions, celebrating the bonds that tied his large family together.

Jackie is survived by his devoted wife, Dianne McGee, and a loving family that includes:
- Children: Janet (Jimmie) Davis of Chauncey, Jackie (Chad) Chadwell of Amesville, Vickie Taylor of Rutland, Vermont, Joyce Barr of Athens, Jonetta Carson of Zanesville, and Daniel (Wendy) McGee of Milford Center.

- Grandchildren: 24 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren, along with one great-great-grandchild and two great-grandchildren expected in 2025.

Family and friends are invited to honor Jackie’s life at Morrison Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville, on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. A visitation will be held at 12 p.m., followed by the service at 2 p.m., officiated by Bobby Thompson. A caring cremation will follow the service.
